At CO, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and secure the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal to the outside.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return for quality assurance, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
